Kate Grayson

President, CEO

Kate’s first entrepreneurial venture took the form of Pierrepont, Grayson & Breen (PGB) which she founded in 1994, providing pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients with project management, process re-engineering and systems auditing. In response to the critical needs of PGB’s clients and their industries, Kate launched Steelgate in 2001.

Barry Grayson

Ex. VP, COO

Prior to joining Steelgate in 2004, Barry served as head of Pfizer’s Pharmaceuticals Group clinical outsourcing group. Prior to joining Pfizer, Barry was a management consultant with Booz, Allen & Hamilton and practiced accounting with Joseph S. Herbert & Company, CPAs.

Brenda Aguayo

Director of Operations

Brenda joined Steelgate in 2004 where she helped launch the company's expansion into Florida. Brenda has progressed through the Steelgate managment ranks to assume her current role as Director of Operations with responsibility for overseeing the efforts of both the US and European facilities. Brenda brings more than 20 years of business management experience working with diversified global manufacturing and service companies. Brenda is fluent in Spanish.

Rosa Rivera

US Facility Manager

Rosa joined Steelgate in 2006 following nearly 19 years of diverse management experience in the medical, legal and international manufacturing arenas. As Facility Manager, Rosa oversees the daily technical operations of Steelgate's US site. Rosa has a degree in Applied Sciences and is fluent in Spanish.

Justin Breen

European Facility Manager

Justin rejoins Steelgate after assisting with the opening of the Steelgate, Inc., New York facility. He holds a B.S. in Bio-Medical Mechanical Engineering from University of Colorado, Boulder. Justin’s project management and team building skills will make a significant contribution to the European Branch.

Lauren Lichtenstein

Associate Director Business Development

Lauren has her Masters in Clinical Nutrition from NYU and her undergraduate degree in Psychology. Lauren has over 10 years experience in both clinical and pharmaceutical sales.

Stéphane Petit

International Sales & Business Development Manager

Since September 2007, Stéphane has worked supporting the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology and Contract Research Orgnanizations (CRO) selling products and support services. Stéphane joined Steelgate SPRL in 2009 as the International Sales & Business Development Manager.
